Create a user profile

FOR BUSINESSES: Get access to online bids

As a business, you can—after approval—place bids online, both as automatic pre-bids before the auction and live online bids during the physical auction.

Here’s how:

1. Create a profile or log in to your existing one.

2. Add your VAT number/Tax ID and company name under My Profile.

3. Your profile will then be manually approved by DinBilauktion.dk within 24 hours.

Once approved, you can:

• Place automatic pre-bids in the catalog

• Bid live online while the physical auction is taking place

👉 Note: Only business profiles with a valid VAT/TAX number can be approved for online trading.

Browse the cars

Check our online catalog, where all vehicles are described with information about, among other things:

• Latest inspection – See when the vehicle was last inspected.

• Mileage – Get insight into the vehicle’s driven kilometers.

• Outstanding debt and liens – We check and inform whether there is any outstanding debt or liens on the vehicle.

All vehicles are classified according to our categories (see more here) so you can easily assess their condition before the auction.

How to bid!

FOR BUSINESSES (online access upon approval)

As a business, you can—after registration and manual approval—participate in the auction online, both before and during the physical auction.

• Pre-bids in the catalog: If you are logged in with an approved business profile, you can place automatic bids in the catalog before the auction begins.

• Live online bids: Once the auction starts, you can bid online in real time. After your profile is approved, a button will appear in your account giving access to the online auction module.

👉 Please note: Only businesses with a valid CVR number (for Danish companies) or VAT/Tax ID (for foreign companies) and an approved business profile can access online bidding.

 

 

After winning a bid

FOR BUSINESSES (online bidding from an approved profile)

When you, as an approved business, have won a vehicle via online bidding, you must immediately do the following:

1. Confirm your bid digitally
Immediately after the hammer falls, you will receive an email confirming your winning bid along with payment details.

 

2. Complete payment 
The purchase amount must be paid via instant bank transfer to the specified account. The buyer’s fee is added to the winning bid.

Handover and collection

Once you have completed the instant bank transfer or need assistance with it, you can contact the administration building.

• Complete the payment: Once the instant transfer has been completed and confirmed, you will receive the vehicle’s documentation and can collect your vehicle.
• Vehicle collection: Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle must be collected no later than the day after the auction at 12 noon.

Right of cancellation

As a buyer, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the vehicle’s actual condition significantly deviates from the assigned classification.
