Three steps to a delivered vehicle
The wizard guides you through three steps. Addresses are looked up via Google Maps, the price is shown live, and the booking is handed off to Bahn Express with everything filled in.
- 1Step 1 — Addresses: Pick from and to addresses with Google Maps lookup. Distance and DKK price update live (€1.1/km).
- 2Step 2 — Vehicle: Enter the VIN, optional make/model and the earliest pickup date. Default is the next day.
- 3Step 3 — Contact: Confirm sender and receiver (name, phone, email) and hand the booking over to Bahn Express.

What does transport cost?
The price is calculated live in step 1 from the Google Maps distance between the from and to address — €1.1/km converted to DKK, excl. VAT. Vehicle size may adjust the final quote, which you see before confirming.
How long does it take?
Domestic Denmark: 1–3 business days. Nordics and northern Germany: 3–6 business days. Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days from pickup.
Which documents do I need?
Auction sales confirmation, a copy of the registration certificate or COC, and valid ID/company VAT at delivery. For non-EU export, also an export invoice.
Is the vehicle insured in transit?
Yes — Bahn Express carries full transport insurance from pickup to delivery.
Can I book without a VIN?
No, VIN is required for an accurate price and insurance. Find it on the registration certificate or in the lot details.
