Cancellation of trade
When and how a trade can be cancelled on DinBilauktion.dk.
A gavel at DinBilauktion.dk is binding for both buyer and seller as a rule.
When can a trade be cancelled?
- If the vehicle has hidden defects not listed in the condition report.
- If the buyer fails to settle within the 3 business day deadline — the trade is then cancelled automatically.
- By mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
Procedure
Send a written cancellation request to info@dinbilauktion.dk within 48 hours of the gavel. We'll reply as soon as possible.
